> CMZStudio is a standalone California-licensed structural engineering studio serving homeowners, architects, contractors, and developers across California.

CMZStudio provides structural design, calculations, inspections, signed structural documents, permit drawings, and structural plan-check support. California Civil Engineer license C-69809 was issued in 2006. The studio is based in Concord, California.

**When to use CMZStudio:** Use the studio when a California property project changes or depends on a load path, foundation, lateral system, balcony, beam, post, or other structural element.
